A  Missouri Lottery player in Mississippi County uncovered a $50,000 prize on a “$250 Million Extravaganza” Scratchers ticket.

The winning ticket was purchased at Casey’s, 211 S. Story St., in Charleston.

To date, players have won more than $50.6 million in prizes in the “$250 Million Extravaganza” game, with more than $216.6 million in prizes yet to be claimed – including two top prizes of $5 million, three $1 million second-tier prizes and 41 additional prizes of $50,000.

Currently, players can also enter their eligible $30 and $50 Scratchers tickets into their My Lottery® Players Club accounts for a chance to win $500 cash in the next monthly “Scratch Big, Win Big!” drawing. 

In FY25, Mississippi County players won more than $3.7 million in Missouri Lottery prizes, retailers received more than $355,000 in commissions and bonuses, and more than $1 million in Lottery proceeds went to education programs in the county.
